Returns + Exchanges
To request a return, visit our Returns Portal.
You have 30 days to decide if you love it. If not, you may return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. No exchanges or returns on earrings, clearance, as-is, or final sale items.
You may choose from three options when returning your order:
Money Back Refund. If selecting this option, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchange. Exchange your item for another from our website. We provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.
Store Credit. Receive a full refund of the returned items purchase price (excluding any shipping costs on the original order), in the form of a store credit, which can be used to make a purchase online or in-store. We provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.
Envie Boutique reserves the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges from any returned item that doesn't qualify for the correct return reason or meet our product quality standards. Returned items that are worn, washed, damaged (except for manufacturer defects), or are past the return period will be refused. The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order, or that you may pay to return items to us.

What Do We Accept as Returns?
Your items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, clearance items, as-is, or items marked as final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of sale. You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing your item to obtain a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender, COD.
The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.
How to Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online:

Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number in your return package. Failure to do so will cause significant delays in processing your return.
If exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return for a refund.
You will be sent an email with return instructions after your return has been requested.
For returns with the selected Money Back Refund option, the customer is required to pay for all costs associated with returning the item to us, including the cost of the shipping label and any necessary packaging. Envie Boutique will not refund the cost of return shipping. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.
For returns with the selected Store Credit or Exchange option you will be provided a return label to ship your order back to us. Place the return label on the outside of the packaging and take to any USPS location or drop off point. You can find your nearest USPS drop off location here. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Once we receive your return we will process your items as fast as possible, typically within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return has completed processing.
If an item is being exchanged, we will contact you to verify the items being sent back to you.
Refunds provided to the original form of payment may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You may bring your in-store purchase back to any one of our retail locations within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If the cardholder is not present, all returns will be issued as store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. You may provide purchase verification in the form of a paper receipt, an emailed receipt, or by locating your purchase in your customer profile. We will not exchange or refund earrings, as-is, clearance, or final sale items. Items with manufacturer defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
